Reserve your space
Send us your details, preferred move-in date and the unit size you are interested in.
We confirm availability
We’ll contact you to confirm availability, answer any questions and make sure the unit size suits your needs.
Complete the agreement
Before moving in, you’ll complete the storage agreement and arrange your weekly payment.
Move in
Once everything is arranged, you can move into your unit and start using your storage space.
Good to Know Before You Book
Flexible rental terms and payment options,
Weekly rates range from $65 to $75. There is no minimum rental period or long-term lock-in. Storage is charged weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and you can stay for as long as you need.
Access seven days
You can access your unit seven days a week, including public holidays.
Gate hours are 7:00 am–9:30 pm, Monday–Sunday.
Payments
Storage fees are paid in advance by direct debit or bank transfer. EFTPOS is not available onsite.
What you cannot store
Hazardous goods, chemicals, paints, fuels, perishable food and illegal items are not permitted. Your storage agreement contains the full terms covering payments, notice, moving out and overdue accounts. You’ll receive this before your storage agreement is completed.
